We need your advice on how and where this money should be spent.

Comments could include:

• The waiting time for hip surgery is too long

• I was kept in hospital for too short a time

• My follow up appointment was cancelled and I really needed it

• I attended 6 appointments and it could have all been done on 2 visits

• Why can’t we get podiatry any more?

• Couldn’t my treatment have been done at my practice?

• Why are you planning to change this service when it is working well already?

• Why don’t you save waste by doing…..

• Why don’t you provide a better service by….

This is not the right place to make a complaint. If you have reason to complain you need to contact the team responsible for your care and follow their complaints procedure.

Similarly, we cannot enter into discussion about individual cases.

At our monthly meetings we invite a patient representative from the PPIF. At the moment this is Barbara Jeffrey. There are changes in funding PPIF and we may need to find another way of formally involving the public.
