LOCAL INVOLVEMENT NETWORKS
Your chance to be heard
A LINk (Local Involvement Network) is a network of local
people and groups that want to make care services better. It
listens to what people like YOU have to say about health and
social care services in your area, and tells councils and
the NHS what it has discovered. They are legally obliged to
give the LINk any information it asks for and to respond to
any recommendations the LINk makes.
The Oxfordshire LINk is made up of volunteer members and
participants, individuals, groups and organisations with an
interest in local care services. Oxfordshire LINk
Stewardship Group wants to hear what people think about
local Health or Social Care services - good or bad. A
feedback form is currently being circulated to gather
information from the wider community. It is also available
from the LINk website, local hospitals, doctor's surgeries,
dental surgeries, and local libraries; or you can contact
the LINk office directly and they will send you one.
